Rohu is a species of the carp family. Its firm, meaty flesh makes this fish versatile, and it can be served both pan-fried with vegetables and in curries. Rohu is also high in Omega-3 fatty acids, as well as Vitamins A, B, and C. These Rohu slices from Bay of Bengal have been cleaned, descaled and are ready to cook.

Each slice is approximately 2-3cm thick and full of flavour.
