Cooking Guidelines

  • Cooking Instructions – General: Remove all packaging before cooking. For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. If allowed to thaw, reduce cooking time. Extra care must be taken as splitting may occur. Always ensure the product is cooked throughout before serving.
  • Oven cook – From Frozen: Pre-heat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6, place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of the oven, cook sausages turning occasionally for approximately 25 minutes.
  • Grill – From Frozen: Pre-heat the grill to a medium temperature, place the sausages on a tray and cook until brown, turning occasionally for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Shallow Fry – From Frozen: Pre-heat oil to a medium temperature, add sausages, and cook, turning occasionally for approximately 10 minutes.
